We collect three categories of information:

• Account data: name, email, password hash, business details you enter (business name, address, Google Business Profile ID).
• Review data: public reviews we fetch on your behalf from Google, Yelp, and other platforms you connect, plus AI-generated draft responses.
• Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, and actions taken in the app. We use this to keep the service running and to debug issues.

• To provide the service you signed up for.
• To send you product emails (you can unsubscribe in one click).
• To detect abuse, fraud, and rate-limit free tools.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your reviews or customer data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., calling the Anthropic API to generate a response).

We rely on these vendors to run ReplyBase:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — hosting
• Anthropic — AI response generation
• Resend — transactional email
• Twilio — SMS (only if you enable SMS features)
• Lemon Squeezy — billing and payments
• Google Places API — business search

We use a small number of essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the marketing site. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this page and add a consent prompt.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing support@replybase.co. We respond within 30 days.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA. Same email — we'll honor them.

We keep account and review data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we delete it within 90 days unless we're legally required to keep it longer.

ReplyBase is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and update the “Last updated” date above.
