Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
The agreement
These terms are between you and Derek Parnett, doing business as ReplyBase (“ReplyBase,” “we,” “us”), with mailing address 2243 Pepperwood Ave, Long Beach, CA 90815. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
What you can do
Use ReplyBase to manage reviews for businesses you own, work for, or are authorized to manage. Generate AI responses, edit them, and post them on your own review platforms.
What you can't do
- Use ReplyBase to manage businesses you don't represent.
- Generate fake or misleading reviews or responses.
- Resell the service or sublicense it without an Agency tier.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or hammer the API beyond your plan's limits.
- Do anything illegal with the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't do refunds for partial periods unless you ask and it seems fair.
Free trial
New accounts get 7 days of full Pro features, no credit card required. When the trial ends, you choose a plan or your account is paused (your data stays put).
AI-generated content
ReplyBase uses third-party AI (Anthropic Claude) to draft review responses. You're responsible for reviewing every response before posting. We don't guarantee AI output is accurate, on-brand, or legally appropriate for your jurisdiction.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't promise 100%. Things break. When they do, we work fast to fix them. Status: replybase.co/status.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other customers — we'll usually give you a heads-up first unless the violation is serious.
Liability
ReplyBase is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes go to courts in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get an email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
